Lifestyle Challenge

Ballyfad's Lifestyle Challenge in conjunction with Operation Transformation is at week 4. So far those attending a have lost in excess of 7 stone. Well done! This week our guest is Eilis Kavanagh, 2015 Operation Transformation Leader. Eilish will speak about her weight loss and fitness, the challenges and how to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
